Terms of Service

Rokeler is a SaaS platform that helps teams manage marketing, sales and service workflows. We provide it on a subscription or credit-pack basis as described on the Pricing page.

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity in your workspace. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Plans and credit packs are billed in advance. Monthly plans renew monthly, annual plans renew annually unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Credits are consumed by AI actions and integrations. Plan credits expire at the end of the billing cycle. Additional credits purchased separately are valid for 12 months.

Bank transfer orders are activated once we confirm the incoming payment (usually within 1 business day).

Promo codes are single-use, cannot be combined and apply only to the order on which they are entered. The welcome code is limited to one redemption per customer.

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it, infringe third-party rights or pose a security risk to other customers.

We retain all rights in the Rokeler software, branding and documentation. You retain all rights in the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the service.

Each party will protect the other's non-public information with the same care it uses for its own confidential information, and will not disclose it except as needed to perform the service or as required by law.

We provide the service "as is" and do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate the service for material breach, non-payment or to comply with law, with reasonable notice where possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes will be resolved by the courts competent for the seat of Rokeler, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
