Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy describes when refunds are available and how to request one.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

For new subscribers on Pro and Scale plans we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first paid invoice. Request a refund within that window and we will return the full amount of the first invoice.

2. Trial Pack

The Trial Pack is a one-time, non-renewing purchase intended for evaluation. It is non-refundable once any credits have been consumed. If no credits have been used, you can request a refund within 7 days.

3. Additional credits

Add-on credit packs are non-refundable once any credit from the pack has been consumed. Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

4. Renewals

Renewal invoices (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date from your billing settings.

5. Exceptions

  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds are not available for chargebacks already initiated with your bank.
  • Custom enterprise contracts follow the refund terms agreed in the order form.

6. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with your order ID. We process eligible refunds within 10 business days using the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds require the IBAN of the originating account.

7. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the EU, this policy does not affect your statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts where it applies.
