  • Malware, exploit code, phishing kits or other harmful payloads.

2. Prohibited activities

  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or SMS that violates anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR ePrivacy).

3. AI usage rules

You must not use AI features to generate disinformation, deepfakes of real people without consent, or content that violates the safety rules of the underlying models. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before publishing them.

4. Email and messaging

When sending email or SMS through Rokeler you must only contact recipients who have opted in, include a working unsubscribe link, honour opt-outs within 10 business days and accurately identify yourself as the sender.

5. Reporting abuse

If you believe a Rokeler customer is violating this AUP, please email [email protected] with as much detail as possible (URLs, screenshots, sample messages). We investigate every report.

6. Enforcement

We may warn, throttle, suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP and remove offending content. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement. Refunds are not provided for accounts terminated under this policy.
